STEP 03

We prepare a commercial offer

Based on the type of fuel, type of equipment and the intensity of its use during the year, we calculate for you an offer to purchase XPlate™ technology with a ROI period of 12-18 months. It is also possible to implement the technology without buying on the terms of sharing monthly payments from fuel savings. When calculating the ROI, we do not take into account the economic effect of reducing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. This is your bonus!!!

Signing the contract

We receive an advanced payment and order the production of XPlate™ plates

STEP 05

Installation

We coordinate the technology installation schedule. If needed we prepare the surface of the fan snails. Installation is done!!! No downtime in production process at your enterprise.
We take readings with gas analyzers and stationary measuring instruments before and after installing of XPlate™ plates

Optimization of combustion modes

7-10 days after installation of XPlate™
